Thank you for shopping at Magic Mart. We’re committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  3. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and certain personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To start a return, contact us with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return
  3. Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  1. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  2. If rejected, we will return the item to you and explain why.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account or credit card again.

Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
